PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Reporting to an assigned administrator, an Intern-PT assists with general office duties and activities as determined and directed by the supervisor and supports the strategic plans and mission of the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Assists staff in the day-to-day functions of the office, including general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
· Assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and grant processes as assigned.
· Helps maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
· Provides support on various projects and assignments as needed.
· Develops and maintains project work plans and action plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
· Attends meetings as requested to obtain information pertinent to assignments.
· Conducts research and analysis related to various projects and the strategic plan and mission of the District.
· Communicates with various internal and external constituents to gather data and information for use by administrators.
· Adheres to CCC Customer Service Excellence standards.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Reports To Assigned Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA. Candidates who have either completed an Associate’s degree or have earned a minimum of 60 credit hours, maintaining a cumulative GPA of 2.0, and who intend to transfer to a 4-year institution, will also be considered. Completion of a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate required.
· Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
· Ability to analyze and solve problems.
· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to work within a culturally diverse environment.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
