Construction Manager-Capital Planning

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Project Management or a related field preferred, supplemented by five years of professional experience in architecture, planning, engineering, and construction management. A combination of educational and professional experience may be taken into consideration at the discretion of management with the Board of Trustees approval.
2. Must possess thorough knowledge related to building code requirements, construction methodologies and practices, and construction contract administration. Must be able to prepare preliminary designs, working drawings, and specifications for new construction work or for remodeling projects.
3. Excellent writing and verbal communication necessary. Must be able to engage in public speaking activities.
