- Master’s Degree (Ph.D preferred) in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field, supplemented by 5 years training experience in a corporate or educational setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of Learning Management System functionality, instructional graphic design, development and production concepts related to online coursework and material.
- Demonstrated skill in project management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
